“Consultancy services for construction supervision of rehabilitation of M-03 Kyiv–Kharkiv–Dovzhanskyy highway due to termination of contracts in the lots: Lot 1: km 210+000-km 220+782; Lot 2: km 228+000-km 239+317; Lot 3: km 258+00-km 275+000; Lot 4: km 282+000-km 300+550; Lot 5: km 300+550-km 323+000; km 329+050-km 333+250.” The contract value is USD 1,971,173.00. Contract term is 2017-2021. LLC “FBM Ukraine” was a member of joint venture with Temelsu International Engineering Services Inc. in this project funded by the World Bank.

“Rehabilitation (construction) of the circular at-grade junction with a central island of medium diameter on R-42 Lubny-Myrhorod-Opishlia-/N-12/ general use road of national importance at section km 46+217 in Poltava region (consulting engineer services).” Contract term is 2018.

Construction supervision services of work under Contract No. ПЗ-1 of 12.12.2016 between the client and Yaguar LLC (ID No.: 31571594, registered address: 2-A Sribnokilska St, Kyiv 02095) – monitoring the contractor’s work for covering the cells of solid waste landfill No. 5 using mineral ground as an isolating material at the address: Pidhirtsi Village, Obukhiv District, Kyiv Region. Contract term is 2016-2018.

Assessment of entrances, exits, stairs, walk and evacuation ways, sanitary premises, cloakrooms, etc. at the Kyiv National Academic Molodyy Theater at the address: 17 Prorizna St, Kyiv in order to assess accessibility for disabled people and other people with limited mobility and possibility of installing LG2004 MONTASCALE A CINGOLI tracks mobile climber for stairs for disabled people and other people with limited mobility. Contract term is 2019.

Construction supervision in the project “Construction of the bridge crossing at km 9+442 on T-09-10 Burshtyn-Kalush public road of national importance, Ivano-Frankivsk region.” Contract term is 2019-2020.

Engineering consultancy in the project “Rehabilitation of M-14 Odesa-Melitopol-Novoazovsk (toward Taganrog) public road of national importance, at sections km 412+971 – km 422+343 and km 422+343 – km 428+343. Contract term is 2021-2022.

Developing certain parts of the Detailed Design for the project “Developing the tender dossier (FIDIC) for the project ‘Rehabilitation of M-05 Kyiv-Odesa public road of national importance at section km 428+898 – km 446+578 in Odesa region. Revisions.’ in Ukrainian and English languages, namely, the tender dossier in compliance with the norms and rules of international financial institutions on FIDIC contract terms: tender documents for procurement of contracts for one-stage open competitive bidding (works) and prequalification documents. Contract term is 2021.

Construction supervision in the projects:

Monitoring the quality and scope of works during the overhaul works / replacement of windows in a residential building at the address: 42-A Heroiv Stalingrada Av, Kyiv.

Monitoring the quality and scope of works during the roof overhaul in a residential building at the address: 22 Heroiv Dnipra, Kyiv.

Monitoring maintenance repairs of the basement, ground floor, first and second floor in an administrative building at the address: 1 Borysa Hrinchenka St, Kyiv. Period: 2018.

Ensuring technical assessment of the architectural facility in terms of its compliance with requirements of state standard ДБН В.2.2-17:2006 “Buildings and works. Accessibility of buildings and works for people with limited mobility.” Period: 2019.
